My shipment arrived promptly. I was personally contacted about my delivery notes. Customer service is a big deal to me, it's an indicator of caring about the customer. The meat is tender and in the correct portion size. I really enjoyed the flavor of the meat, I only used a dash of salt and pepper to season them. This is our first ever lamb harvest! We are very excited to be able to offer additional savings on lamb (my favorite meat). This harvest we have had the added blessing of doing all of the packaging and cutting ourselves in our on farm USDA inspected processor. This is a first for our farm for lamb and we are very very excited in the extra value and quality we can now provide by cutting our own meat ourselves.

The Lamb harvest is always an exciting one and thanks to having our own processor on farm now we are able to offer the best values on lamb in years! It also looks like once we are through this years lambs we will have to raise prices this year as the market price for live lambs is now higher than what we charge for the meat and we have processing costs on top of that. So keep in mind our lamb will never be this inexpensive again! We are honored at the trust you have placed in us to provide nutrient rich food for your family. Thank you
