Browse the store and select the items you want. At checkout choose your free item if your order is over $149
Choose the day you want to receive your order and the frequency you want to receive orders in the future.
Yes you can login and adjust Your Family's Box Subscription at any time. You can add or remove any items you want for your upcoming delivery.
No problem at all. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will put the order in for you manually :)
Yes you will receive an email reminder 3 days before the deadline to update your order so you have plenty of time to login and make any needed changes.
No problem! You can skip or cancel your subscription at any time!
Yes Log-In and select "My Family's Subscription Box" from your account menu. Then you will be able to update your delivery frequency! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, 4 week and 8 week options.
Just give us an email at email@example.com and we will manually put the order in for you.
