Can I Change My Families Box Subscription?

Yes you can login and adjust Your Family's Box Subscription at any time. You can add or remove any items you want for your upcoming delivery.


What If I Want To Make Another Order In-between My Scheduled Deliveries?

No problem at all. Just email us at myfarmers@fedfromthefarm.com and we will put the order in for you manually :)




Will I Get Notified Before My Next Delivery?

Yes you will receive an email reminder 3 days before the deadline to update your order so you have plenty of time to login and make any needed changes.


What If I Need To Skip?

No problem! You can skip or cancel your subscription at any time!


Can I Change My Order Frequency?

Yes Log-In and select "My Family's Subscription Box" from your account menu. Then you will be able to update your delivery frequency! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, 4 week and 8 week options.


What If I Want To Send An Order As A Gift?

Just give us an email at myfarmers@fedfromthefarm.com and we will manually put the order in for you.
