The Chuck Eye is a tender steak with a deep flavor. A grilling favorite it can also be pan fried. It is similar in ever way to a Rib Eye steak including tenderness and flavor. In fact, it is cut from the end of the same muscle. The Chuck Eye is lesser known but a great value!

Remember with every delicious meal you serve you are:
