This is our mouthwatering ground beef mix which is 80/20. Meaning 80% lean beef 20% nourishing beef tallow. This is the mix we have found to be the absolute best and our go-to standard for getting that perfect juiciness and flavor!

- How Long Will It Last In My Freezer? - Immediately after cutting and packaging our beef it is flash frozen to preserve freshness. Our special roll stock packaging further enhances the time it can remain in your freezer. All our beef should be good for up to a year or more in your freezer after you receive it from us.
