  • How Long Will It Last In My Freezer? - Immediately after cutting and packaging our beef it is flash frozen to preserve freshness. Our special roll stock packaging further enhances the time it can remain in your freezer. All our beef should be good for up to a year or more in your freezer after you receive it from us.
