The Ribeye Steak (also known as the Delmonico Steak) is a full flavored impressive steak with generous marbling, tiny deposits of beef tallow filled with nutrients that also greatly enhance tenderness, and a rich flavor that will not disappoint. Just like it should be (and like all the beef we offer from our farm) Our Ribeye (Delmonico) Steak is 100% grass fed to finish. It is this extra finish (all from grass) that will make this the best Ribeye Steak you have ever had.
Each 10oz steak is boneless (so you don’t have to worry about cutting around the bone or dealing with extra mess) and packaged individually in a vacuum sealed package. Each steak is immediately flash frozen after packaging to ensure it is the freshest steak you have ever tasted.
Perfect for special occasions or just an amazing grilling experience, the Ribeye steak is superb on the grill but can also be pan fried or smoked. - How Long Will It Last In My Freezer? - Immediately after cutting and packaging our beef it is flash frozen to preserve freshness. Our special roll stock packaging further enhances the time it can remain in your freezer. All our beef should be good for up to a year or more in your freezer after you receive it from us.
