The Best Turkey You Have Ever Had!

√ All Pasture Raised

√ Beyond Organic

√ Free Range

Our Turkeys spend their lives foraging on our lush pastures eating legumes, grass, seeds, insects, and supplemented with only NON -GMO grains.

Just like our other livestock our chickens are rotated across our fields in a synergistic rotational grazing system designed to restore the health and vitality of the land while providing the best nutrient rich diet that the chickens were naturally designed to eat.

Their diverse diet yields an exceptional end product that is more flavorful and moist than conventional chicken. Of course it doesn't hurt that our birds experience fresh air and sunshine unlike traditional meat turkeys. Put simply if you haven't experienced our pastured turkey you haven't had real turkey.

These plump wings will be a delight whether you are entertaining guests or just needing some healthy comfort food on a weeknight :)

Remember with every delicious meal you serve you are:

  • Nourishing your family
  • Actively participating in healing the land

FAQs

  • Why do some of my turkey wings have dark spots on them? - Great question! Since our turkeys live robust lives out on pasture they actually run around (novel right :). When they get excited they flap their wings and jump. When they do this they sometimes bump their wings on things (like other turkeys or trees). This gives them a bruise which doesn't hurt them but does sometimes show up when they are processed - especially when it happens a few days prior to processing. It does not hurt anything or taste any different when cooked and is completely safe to eat :) Just a normal part of enjoying real pasture raised chickens.
  • Why is there a slight red tint to the turkey? - Since our turkeys live robust lives out on pasture they actually run around (novel right :). This exercise darkens the meat (even the white meat) because they have additional blood - from living healthy robust lives. When they are processed this sometimes leaves a slight red tinge to the meat. It does not hurt anything or taste any different (except for the overall way better taste of pasture raised turkey) when cooked and is completely safe to eat :) Just a normal part of enjoying real pasture raised turkeys. P.S. if it bothers you - rinsing them in cold water in the sink for a few minutes will make them pale and "normal colored".
