Gather the ones you love most around the best turkey you've ever had. Our Pasture-Raised Whole Turkey | Small weighs 9-14 lbs., the right size for a smaller gathering. Our turkeys are rotated across our regeneratively managed pastures in central Missouri, foraging on legumes, grass, seeds and insects, with only non-GMO grain as a supplement. Feeding more? We also offer a Medium (14-20 lbs.) and a Large (20-25 lbs.).

How Your Pre-Order Works:

• Order: Reserve your turkey here, the same way you place any order.
• Watch for our text: We'll text you a link to pick the week in November you want it.
• Get your turkey: It comes on your regular day that week, whether you pick up, get home delivery or have it shipped.

How Pricing Works:

Turkey is priced per lb. The morning we pack your order, you'll get a first charge based on 14 lbs. Once your turkey is weighed, we'll credit you or charge the difference.

How to Cook:

• Thaw: Thaw it in the fridge, allowing about a day for every 4-5 lbs.
• Roast: Roast at 325°F for about 13-15 minutes per lb., until the thickest part of the thigh reads 165°F.
• Spatchcock: Cut out the backbone and lay it flat to roast faster and more evenly.
