Air Fryer Steak Bites
I used to think that steak was a food to only be enjoyed during the summer months, fresh off the grill. That is, until I discovered you can make a delicious, juicy steak year-round thanks to the air fryer! Steak is full of great nutrients, like vitamin B12, iron, and zinc. In particular, vitamin B12 is important for energy and mood.

Want to make this a complete meal? I recommend pairing it with a baked potato and brussels sprouts. Air fry your baked potatoes first and allow them to cool while your steak bites cook. Bake the brussels sprouts with salt and pepper and drizzle with some balsamic vinegar before eating.

(Of note, if you don’t have an air fryer, you could still enjoy this recipe made stovetop in a skillet.)

Makes 2 Servings

Ingredients:

-2 Sirloin Steaks

-2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

-1 teaspoon salt

-1 teaspoon pepper

-1 teaspoon chili powder

-1/4 teaspoon onion powder

-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

Cut steaks into bite sized pieces (about 1 inch in size).

Add steak to bowl and mix with olive oil.

Mix in seasoning. Allow to rest for 15 minutes, if able, allow seasoning to set into steak.

Preheat air fryer to 400* for 5 minutes, then add steak.

Air fry for 4-6 minutes to your desired doneness.

Enjoy!
