An old favorite!

Ingredients

Directions

Saute onions and garlic in butter - remove from skillet

Cook beef in same skillet, stir in one cup broth, salt, and worcestershire sauce. Heat until boiling, reduce heat and allow to simmer 15 minutes 

Stir remaining 1/2 cup broth in flour, add into beef mixture. Then add in onion and garlic, boil and stir for 1 minute

Stir in sour cream, heat until hot but do not boil

Serve over egg noodles

Viola! Simple and tasty!
