An old favorite!
- (1.5 pounds (1.5 packages)) Ground Beef - Try Ground Sirloin, Ground Pork, or Ground Lamb they are all great substitutes!
- (1 medium) Onion
- (1 clove, minced) Garlic
- (1/4 cup) Pasture Butter
- (1.5 cups) Beef Broth
- (1/2 teaspoon) Salt
- (1 teaspoon) Worcestershire Sauce
- (1/4 cup) Flour
- (1.5 cups) Sour Cream
- (3 cups) Egg Noddles
Saute onions and garlic in butter - remove from skillet
Cook beef in same skillet, stir in one cup broth, salt, and worcestershire sauce. Heat until boiling, reduce heat and allow to simmer 15 minutes
Stir remaining 1/2 cup broth in flour, add into beef mixture. Then add in onion and garlic, boil and stir for 1 minute
Stir in sour cream, heat until hot but do not boil
Serve over egg noodles
Viola! Simple and tasty!
