Homemade Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients
- (approx 2 chicken breasts) Chicken Breast Large - Boneless Skinless
- (2 cups cream) Real Milk
- (2 tablespoons) Butter
- (1-2 tablespoons) Garlic powder
- (approx 1 cup, shredded) Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Raw)
- (to taste) Salt/Pepper
- (1 tablespoon) Parsely
- (approx 8oz of your favorite noodles) Pasta
Directions
1.Dice chicken is bite size pieces, cook, and set aside (I like to cook a whole chicken in my pressure cooker, pick all the meat off bones, and then shred meat into small pieces, but dicing up chicken breasts and cooking in a skillet with butter works too!)
2.In a large sauce pan, melt butter and saute garlic
3.Add 2 cups cream - bring to a boil, let boil for two minutes, stirring frequently (keep a close watch- this will boil over super easy)
4.Turn on low, add cheese (you may use Parmesan if you prefer, we just love the taste with sharp cheddar cheese!)
5.Add spices and chicken (sauce may be a little soupy, add a little flour or your favorite thickening agent (aka more cheese) and that should give it a thicker consistency)
6.Serve over pasta and add some roasted broccoli for a great side!
