Lemon Garlic Roasted Drumsticks
Enjoy a quick, flavorful new way to have drumsticks. Simple prep and easy clean up!

  • (1 Pack) Drumsticks - Pasture Ranger
  • (1 (or approx 2 tbsp lemon juice)) Lemon, juiced and zested
  • (1/4 cup) Olive Oil
  • (2 teaspoons) Garlic Powder
  • (2 teaspoons) Salt
  • (1/2 teaspoon) Pepper
  • (1 teaspoon) Paprika
  • (1 teaspoon) Dried Oregano




1. Place drumsticks in large Ziploc bag

2. In a small bowl, mix together ingredients and pour over drumsticks, place in refrigerator to marinade

3. Allow chicken to marinade for at least 30 minutes (the longer the meat marinades, the stronger and better the flavor – so if you’ve got the time, let them marinade for a good 2 hours, or even overnight)

4. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 425*

5. Let chicken come to room temperature and then place drumsticks on baking sheet (line first with foil or parchment paper for easy clean up!)

6. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip drumsticks and bake for additional 10 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle (chicken should reach 165* internal temperature)
