Oven-Fried Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
- (1 package) Drumsticks - Pasture Ranger
- (4 tablespoons) Pasture Butter
- (2 tablespoons) Grated Parmesan Cheese
- (1/2 teaspoon) Kosher Salt
- (1/2 teaspoon) Paprika
- (1/4 teaspoon) Garlic Poweder
- (1/4 teaspoon) Onion Powder
- (1/4 teaspoon) Dried Oregano
- (1/4 teaspoon) Dried Basil
- (1/4 teaspoon) Black Pepper
- (2 eggs) One Delightful Dozen Eggs
- (2 cups) Breadcrumbs
Directions
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 425*
2. Put the butter in your cast iron skillet and place it in the oven to melt. (You can use a regular baking sheet if you don't have a cast iron skillet - line baking sheet with foil or parchment paper first for an easy clean up!)
3. In a small dish whisk the egg. In another small dish, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan, and seasonings.
4. Dip the drumsticks in the egg followed by the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the coating firmly onto each piece. Put the drumsticks into the pan of melted butter and drizzle them with olive oil (or extra butter.)
5. Bake the chicken for 30 minutes, flip then continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes or until drumsticks are cooked thoroughly (chicken should reach 165* internal temperature)
