Sausage Scotch Eggs

A different, yet tasty way to enjoy your sausage and eggs together!
These make great leftovers, so they're perfect for an easy meal on the go!
Ingredients
- (1 pound) Breakfast Sausage - Medium
- (4 eggs) One Delightful Dozen Eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350* and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
B oil eggs
Once eggs are boiled, cooled, and peeled, you're ready to add the sausage
Flatten sausage out into four wide circles, as if you were going to make a burger
Place a egg on top of each circle, then fold the sausage around the entire egg
Place in oven for 15-20 minutes
Eat hot or cold
(If you're looking for a fancier scotch egg, you can roll your egg/sausage ball in flour, dip in a beaten egg, and then roll in your favorite breadcrumbs prior to baking)
